HOW TO MAKE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN
One of my all-time favorite ways to prepare chicken for supper is called My MIYM Chicken. Why? Chicken that "Melts in Your Mouth" is both an easy chicken meal and one that packs a ton of flavor into delicate chicken breasts. This is the recipe that everyone in my family loves.
This MIYM Chicken has been SUCH a favorite with readers over the last year and I wanted to update the article and recipe with some suggestions I've learned since I first published it!
If you have had a look at the recipe that is provided here, you are aware that the ingredients are not too complicated. One of the things that I like most about a recipe for chicken that turns out well is that everyone in the family thinks it should be kept.
Well, I've toned down the flavors and reduced them to a minimum, but they're still really delicious, moist, and flavorful! Chicken meals may often be a little boring and bland, but I've broken the code and discovered that by using basic ingredients in the right way, you can make supper seem like something out of a fairy tale!
Also, there are a variety of ways in which the ingredients of this dish may be changed to suit any taste profile. If you have fussy eaters in your family, I can almost guarantee that they will like this meal.
