INGREDIENTS:

4 boneless pork chops.

1 Cup.Of grated Parmesan cheese.

1/2 Cup.Of breadcrumbs.

1 Tsp.Of dried Italian seasoning.

1/2 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

1/2 Tsp.Of paprika.

Salt and black pepper to taste.

2 large eggs, beaten.

Olive oil for cooking.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1st Step

Put your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and have it ready. Spread some olive oil or cooking spray on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil.

2nd Step

Grate the Parmesan cheese and place it in a shallow dish with the breadcrumbs, dry Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the spices are spread out equally by mixing them well.

3rd Step

Coat the pork chops with the beaten eggs and shake off the excess. And coat the pork chops completely by pressing them into the Parmesan mixture on both sides. To help the coating stick to the meat, press gently.

4th Step

Spread the coated pork chops out on the baking sheet you've prepared. Olive oil will assist the pork chops' color and retain moisture while cooking.

5th Step

In a preheated oven, cook the pork chops for 20 to 25 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) in the thickest part of the meat. A crisp, golden brown color is ideal for the coating.

6th Step

Take the pork chops out of the oven after they're done and rest for a few minutes before serving. Tender and juicy meat is the consequence because the fluids have had time to disperse.

7th Step

Serve the pork chops with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, and a green salad for a complete meal.
