MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

HOW TO MAKE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN

One of those dishes that I prepare over and over again is this one. This is the dish I turn to on nights when I come home too late to start the supper preparations. Simply said, chicken that melts in your mouth is just that. It dissolves completely in your mouth.

It is baked with a combination of mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt, if you are watching your weight), parmesan cheese, dry onion flakes, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. The mayonnaise may be substituted with Greek yogurt if you are monitoring your weight. This recipe for mayonnaise chicken breasts is both simple and delicious to make.

Mix everything together, add the topping, and put it in the oven. Also, the chicken is always cooked to a very soft consistency. Give it a go the next time you find yourself short on time to make supper and report back to me on how you enjoy it.

To prepare this dish, just bake chicken breasts covered with a combination of mayonnaise or yogurt, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. This is a really simple recipe. The final result is a chicken breast that is really soft and has an incredible flavorful crust on top. The chicken remains juicy and soft thanks to the mayonnaise or yogurt.

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

4 boneless chicken breast halves.

1 Cup.Of mayonnaise or greek yogurt.

½ Cup.Of parmesan cheese, grated.

1 Tbsp.Of dry minced onion.

1 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

1 Tbsp.Of dried parsley.

½ Tsp.Of salt.

½ Tsp.Of black pepper.

PREPARATION:

First Step

Turn the oven temperature up to 375 degrees F. Mix the mayonnaise or yogurt, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until everything is evenly distributed.

Second Step

If the chicken breasts are too thick, cut them in half lengthwise, and then put both halves in a baking dish that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake as directed.

Third Step

Bake the chicken breasts for 35–45 minutes, or until they are cooked through and brown on the outside, after spreading the mayonnaise mixture on top of each one with a spoon until it is entirely coated by it.
