2 Cups.Of whole wheat flour. 

1 Cup.Of unsweetened applesauce.

3/4 Cup.Of natural sweetener; you can use honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar. 

1/2 Cup.Of chopped pistachios.

3/4 Cup.Of milk (dairy milk or plant-based alternative).

2 large beaten eggs.

1 tsp.Of baking powder.

PREPARATION:

1st Step 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.

2nd Step
