THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

8-oz.Of pasta (rotini, penne, or your preferred type).

2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 Tsp.Of dried Italian herbs.

4 slices of bacon.

1 Cup.Of cherry tomatoes, halved.

2 Cups.Of shredded romaine lettuce.

1/2 Cup.Of sliced cucumber.

1/4 Cup.Of sliced red onion.

FOR THE DRESSING:

1/2 Cup.Of mayonnaise.

1/4 Cup.Of buttermilk.

1 Tbsp.Of fresh lemon juice.

1 Tsp.Of Dijon mustard.

1 clove.Of garlic, minced.

Salt and pepper to taste.

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

Crumbled feta cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, or cubed mozzarella.

Sliced avocado.

PREPARATION:

1st Step 

To begin, start boiling a big pot of salted water. Make sure the pasta is al dente by following the cooking directions on the box. To halt the cooking process, drain and rinse with cold water. Putting aside.

2nd Step 

Turn on medium heat for the grill or grill pan. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs on the chicken breasts. The chicken has to be grilled for 6 to 8 minutes each side. Take off the grill and set aside to cool for a while. Cut the chicken into small.

3rd Step
