INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:

2 Cups.Of cooked rice.

1 Pound.Of boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces.

2 Cups.Of fresh broccoli florets.

A medium can.Of condensed cream of chicken soup.

1/2 Cup.Of milk.

1/2 Cup.Of shredded cheddar cheese.

2 Tbsp.Of olive oil. 

1/2 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

PREPARATION:

1st Step: 

Prepare the rice as directed on the box, then put it aside to cool.

2nd Step: 

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Just add garlic powder and salt to the mix and you have a winning combination. It should take around 8-10 minutes of cooking time to have the chicken browned on both sides and cooked through.

3rd Step: 

Put the broccoli florets in the pan and mix them around. Broccoli should be cooked for a further 3–4 minutes or until just tender.

4th Step: 

Combine the cream of chicken soup concentrate with the milk in a separate dish and stir until smooth.
