2 Cups.Of all-purpose flour.
1/4 Cup.Of granulated sugar.
1 Tbsp.Of baking powder.
1/2 Tsp.Of salt,
1 Cup.Of milk.
1/4 Cup.Of unsalted butter (melted).

1 Tbsp.Of ground cinnamon.
1/2 Cup.Of packed brown sugar
PREPARATION:
1st Step:
