How To Make Turkish Bread

Turkish bread is an extra soft bread with an airy and honeycombed crumb, sprinkled with sesame seeds with a delicious brioche flavor, it is the most consumed in Türkiye, it's a bread but it's in the form of a pancake, it smells very tasty.
Its texture is very similar to Khobz el kombucha (an Algerian bread in the oven), a super easy recipe to make, do not hesitate to try it!!
You can serve this Turkish bread to accompany a good dish or spread it with honey and semi-salted butter for breakfast.
The ingredients are easy and do not require anything complicated, all you need is flour, water, dry yeast, and butter; It's like you're going to make a cake, right?

Ingredients:
8 cups of flour (about 1,1 kg).
Warm water: 1.7 cup (about 400 ml).
Yogurt: 1.7 cup (400ml).
One teaspoon of salt.
One package of instant dry yeast (10 g).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Half a cup of butter (about 60 g).
Instructions:
Step 1
To begin, add flour, yeast, salt, water and yogurt, and when you get a soft dough, brush it with oil, cover it with a transparent film, and leave the amount of dough in a dry, warm place.
Step 2
Next, oil your hands after entering the dough and separate the dough from the frying pan and divide into 8 balls, then knead it too and let it to stand fo about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Each ball of dough is rolled into a circle and baked in a hot frying pan, then coat the bread with the butter while it is warm.
