It is one of those recipes that fills your soul with cheesy love. It is hot, creamy, very delicious. I prepare it yesterday for my parents when they visited me, and tomorrow I will maker it for my husband and my kids, they really liked it so much, that's why I'm making it again tomorrow.

it's a popular restaurant dish, Cajun Chicken Alfredo is updated with broccoli, homemade Cajun seasoning, and the creamiest, cutest Alfredo sauce. The basic components you will need are the broccoli, is somehow a more universally enjoyed vegetable, you need of course the cheese; The Alfredo sauce is made primarily of butter, cream and cheese, and chicken.

It's really cool and it has a creamy texture that melts in the mouth.

Ingredients:

One cup broccoli.

One cup Penne pasta.

One tbsp. of butter.

One tbsp. of olive oil.

1 1/2 lbs. of chicken breast.

Four garlic cloves, mashed.

One cup cream 35%.

One cup milk.

One cup and 1/4 of grated mozzarella (or you can use Monterey Jack cheese).

Freshly ground salt and pepper.

Instructions:

Step 1

To start, season your chicken and breast with salt and pepper, then cook the broccoli in double chauffeur, and let it apart. After that, cook pasta well and drain.

Step 2

Heat oil and the butter on a medium high heat in a big pot.

Fry chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side, then turn it up from the heat and leave to cool.

Step 3

After that, cut the chicken into a small slices, add garlic and use a chicken juice to cooking, for about 30 seconds.

Step 4

Then, Remove from heat, place it in the same bowl of broccoli, and then, add the cream and adduce to scald.

Step 5

Next, join cheese and blend until it becomes tender, and reduce the heat to low and add the milk gradually, with stirring constantly, until you get a creamy consistency.

Step 6

Finally, join your pasta to sauce, then your broccoli, and season with pepper and salt, to complete, add chicken.
