A little of cream cheese goes a very long way in this recipe. Its addition makes the filling so creamy, smooth and tast, a quick bake will make the cheddar cheese so gooey, while the tortilla crust will turn golden and crispy, Let's start with the ingredients.

Ingredients:

One packet of taco seasoning.

One lb. minced meat.

Half a cup salsa.

8 ounces of softened cream cheese.

Two tablespoons of melted butter.

One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded.

12 6 inch of tortillas.

Salsa, sour cream, green onions (all toppings are optional).

Instructions:

Step 1

To start, crumble your ground beef in a frying pan and cook well; then strain the fat from the pan.

Step 2

Then, add the taco seasoning mix package (following the directions on the package).

After that, whisk cream cheese until smooth in a medium bowl, and add the cup of the sauce and mix well.

Place 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the middle of the tortilla while holding the tortilla and top with a spoonful of taco-flavored beef, to cover cheese and the salsa mixture.

Then sprinkle the grated cheese, fold and stuff the tortilla as you would a burrito.
