Best Egg Rolls

How To Make Best Egg Rolls

As long as I talked about egg recipes, they won't be like this one, the egg rolls, Oh, my God, how good and delicious they are!!
My family doesn't like eating rolls anymore except this way, it's a great side dish to serve alongside stir-fry dishes, a fried appetizer that is on countless Chinese American restaurant menus, which you can prepare yourself in your own kitchen.
It looks delicious in small or large rolls, depending on what you want, stuffed with minced meat and grated vegetables, as for the meat, you can use pork or any type you prefer, I prefer pork for its special taste with the mixture of shredded vegetables.
And here's a professional tip for you, to get the crunch of the rolls, do not put them in the frying pan unless the oil is very hot, and let them fry to crunchy perfection, then serve warm with duck sauce or soy sauce.
NB: Egg rolls can be assembled a day ahead and fried before you plan to serve them as desired. Let's see together the ingredients and the way to prepare for the wonderful rolls.

After that, take to fold the left and right corners inward towards the center, and push egg roll away from you and roll it up toward the top corner, with brushing a little of flour paste on the inside of this corner to help sealing egg roll.
