ULTIMATE STAIN REMOVER

HOW TO MAKE ULTIMATE STAIN REMOVER

A few years back, I was wearing newly purchased coral trousers when I received a stain on them from oil. I was very heartbroken since I believed there was no way that I would ever be able to remove that oily stain! I was able to get that stain out with relatively little effort thanks to a tag-team stain remover treatment that I like to call my Ultimate Stain Remover, and that is what I'll be sharing with you in this post. Thankfully, my fears turned out to be unfounded, and I was able to get that stain out with relatively little effort.

What is it about the mix of dishwashing liquid and peroxide that makes it so powerful? Surfactants are substances that emulsify oil and water, and detergents like Dawn dish soap and other detergents fall into this category. When applied to an oily stain, Dawn makes it possible for the oil and water in the wash to combine, which assists in the removal of the stain.

Hydrogen peroxide, on the other hand, is known to be an oxidizing component. The color of a molecule may be altered due to changes in its chemical structure, which can be caused by the oxidation process. While it is less effective at lower temperatures, this reaction may remove colored stains from clothing as they are being washed. The use of hydrogen peroxide and Dawn dish soap together is an effective method for eliminating a wide variety of colored and greasy stains from laundry.

This combination of stain removers works well for removing stains of white as well as colorful clothes, and I've been using it for years. To remove stains, I usually keep a bottle of peroxide and a bottle of Dawn in the cabinet of my laundry room. Nevertheless, it dawned on me at some point that I might save space by mixing the two into a ready-made laundry stain remover spray that I could make myself.

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

Dawn dishwashing liquid; I used 1 part.

2 parts.Of 3% hydrogen peroxide.

DIRECTIONS:

1st Step

To a measuring cup, add the Dawn and the peroxide and then swirl to combine the two ingredients.

2nd Step

Put the mixture in a spray bottle of a dark color, and then keep it in a location that is dimly lit.

INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO USE IT:

To use this stain removal spray, all you have to do is spritz it on and then wash the affected area. To begin, spritz the stain with the cleaner, making sure that the stain is well-soaked after each application.

It is recommended that you test the colorfastness of colored clothing items by applying a little quantity of stain remover in an area that will not be seen. While I have used it on black clothes without experiencing any discoloration problems, the results may vary since not all materials and colors will respond in the same way.
