HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE CRUMBLE ROLLS

THE FRUIT BASE INGREDIENTS:

500 grams.Of Fresh pineapple chunks. 

2 Tbsp.Of Light brown sugar.

1 Tbsp.Of Cornflour cornstarch.

1½ Tsp.Of Ground cinnamon.

THE CRUMBLE TOPPING INGREDIENTS: 

125 grams.Of Plain flour all-purpose.

90 grams.Of chilled Butter. 

2½ Tbsp.Of Granulated sugar.

¼ Tsp.Of Salt.

2½ Tbsp.Of coconut.

30 grams.Of Oats.

2½ Tbsp.Of brown sugar.

PREPARATION:

1st Step: 

Prepare an ovenproof dish by greasing it with butter and preheating the oven to 180C/350F/GM4.

2nd Step: 

To prepare the pineapple, cut off both ends and remove the skin, the eyes, and the core. Put into a basin after being chopped into tiny pieces.

3rd Step: 

After sprinkling the cinnamon, brown sugar, and cornflour over the top, combine the ingredients using a spoon.

4th Step: 

To make the crumble topping, mix the flour, sugar, and butter together until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.

5th Step: 

Using your fingers, incorporate the coconut, brown sugar, and oats into the mixture while momentarily massaging them in as you do so.

6th Step: 

After placing the pineapple in the dish that has been prepared and dotting it with the topping, place the dish in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping has become a golden brown color.

7th Step: 

Before serving, let the dish come to room temperature and rest for 10–15 minutes.
