NOW, LET'S GO THROUGH THE STEPS TO MAKE THIS DELICIOUS MEXICAN TACO LASAGNA:
1st Step
Prepare a temperature in your oven of 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Grease a baking dish that measures 9 by 13 inches.
2nd Step
Cook the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat until it has a browned appearance. Cook the onion and garlic until the onion turns translucent, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic.
3rd Step
Mix in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, diced green chilies, and chopped cilantro. Stir until everything is evenly distributed. Allow the mixture to simmer for approximately five minutes, giving the flavors time to meld together while they do so.
4th Step
Place six corn tortillas in the bottom of a greased baking dish, arranging them so that they slightly overhang one another and cover the whole surface.
5th Step
On each tortilla, spread one-half of the ground beef mixture, then top with one cup of the shredded Mexican cheese blend. After the cheese has been spread out, cover it with half of the enchilada sauce.
6th Step
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas, ground beef mixture, cheese, and enchilada sauce until all of the ingredients have been used. Bake for twenty-five minutes in an oven that has been warmed with the baking dish covered with aluminum foil.
7th Step
Take off the aluminum foil and keep baking for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. After it has been cooked, the Mexican Taco Lasagna should be allowed to cool for a few minutes before being served. If you'd like, you may top the dish with some more chopped cilantro.
