HOW TO MAKE PEACH COBBLER CHEESECAKE CONES

This is one of those sweets that are difficult to come across very often. There are just a few places in the nation that are truly capable of producing these. It is not because they are difficult; but, most people are unfamiliar with them. 

This is a wonderful sweet treat that is served in a waffle cone and consists of cheesecake and fruit. INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR:

THE CONES:

16-oz.Of cream-filled cookies. 

12 waffle-type cones. 

3 Tbsp.Of whipped cream. 

THE PEACH COBBLER:

48-oz.Of sliced peaches with juice. 

A yellow cake mix box. 

1 Cup.Of salted butter.

1½ Tsp.Of cinnamon. 

THE CHEESECAKE FILLING:

1 Cup.Of heavy whipped cream. 

1 Cup.Of confectioner’s sugar. 

1 Tsp.Of vanilla extract. 

16-oz.Of cream cheese,

½ Tsp.Of lemon juice

PREPARATION: 

1st Step: 

Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and prepare the cones by melting the chocolate in the microwave at intervals of 30 seconds each. 

2nd Step: 

You should dip just the top of the cone into the chocolate, just the bottom, or both of the cone's sides. Sprinkle a little of the chocolate over the inside, and then evenly distribute it all over the interior bottom. 

3rd Step: 

Put your cookies in a food processor and pulse them for a few minutes until they resemble crumbs. You have the option of dipping the cone into the cookie crumbs or just sprinkling the crumbs over the cone. 

4th Step: 

Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and add the peaches and their juice. 

5th Step: 

Put the dry cake mix on top of the peaches. To finish, sprinkle the melted butter over the top of the dry ingredients. Bake for another 45 to 55 minutes after that. 

6th Step: 

Place the heavy whipping cream in a bowl and beat it with an electric mixer until it is thick and forms firm peaks. 

7th Step: 

In a separate dish, combine cream cheese that has been softened with the confectioner's sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until there are no lumps. 

8th Step: 

Mixing the whipped cream into the cheesecake batter should be done carefully. Take a cone and alternately spoon cheesecake and cobbler into the cone, starting with the cheesecake. 

9th Step: 

Add a drizzle of chocolate and some crumbled cookies on top of the dessert. Enjoy!
