1/2 Cup.Of butter – melted.

2 Tsp.Of vanilla extract. 

THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS USED FOR THE TOPPING: 

1/4 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

3/4 Cup.Of brown sugar.

1/4 Cup.Of unsweetened cocoa powder.

1 1/2 Cup.Of very hot water. 

PREPARATION: 

1st Step 

To begin the preparation; you need to bring the temperature in the oven up to 350 degrees.

2nd Step 

Mix the cocoa powder, sugar, salt, baking powder, and flour together in a basin of medium size using a whisk.

3rd Step

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the well. Combine everything by stirring it together until it creates a thick batter.

4th Step

Pour into a small rectangular casserole dish with high edges measuring 8 inches long and 8 inches wide.

5th Step

Combine the white sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl and whisk until combined. Scatter over the surface of the batter in a uniform layer.
