THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

125 grams.Of all-purpose flour.

1 Tsp.Of salt.

1/4 Tsp.Of black pepper.

Lean chuck roast; I used 1.5 Kg.

Beef stock; I used 1 L.

1 Tbsp.Of vegetable oil.

2 Tsp.Of gravy master

A large chopped onion.

Cooked noodles or rice for serving.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Put the flour, salt, and pepper in the little bowl that you have. Mix the salt and pepper into the flour until it is evenly distributed.

2nd Step

Reduce the roast to bite-sized chunks and cut off any excess fat. Use seasoned flour to dredge the meat pieces, then brush off any excess flour.

3rd Step

Put the Instant Pot on the saute mode, then add the oil. As soon as the oil is hot enough, place a few slices of the steak in it. Beef that has been seasoned should be cooked until it is lightly browned on both sides.

4th Step

Cook the meat in just a few batches at a time. Once all of the meat has finished cooking, place it back into the instant pot.

5th Step

Add two teaspoons of Gravy Master, one cup of chopped onion, and one cup of beef stock. Cook for 15 minutes at high pressure with the lid raised to its highest position.

6th Step

After cooking, release the pressure in the pot using either a quick release or a natural release.

7th Step

Cook the noodles or rice in accordance with the directions on the package. On top of noodles or rice, serve meat tips topped with sauce.

Enjoy!
