TRES LECHES CAKE

 


TO MAKE TRES LECHES CAKE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ Cups.Of all-purpose flour.

1 Small spoon.Of baking powder.

½ small spoon.Of salt.

½ Cup.Of softened unsalted butter.

1 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

5 large beaten eggs.

1 Small spoon.Of vanilla extract. 

1 Cup.Of whole milk.

FOR THE MILK MIXTURE:

1 14-oz Can.Of sweetened condensed milk. 

1 12-oz Can.Of evaporated milk. 

1 Cup.Of heavy cream. 

FOR THE WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING:

2 Cups.Of heavy cream. 

¼ Cup.Of powdered sugar. 

1 Small spoon.Of vanilla extract. 

PREPARATION: 

1st Step 

Prepare a 9-by-13-inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it, then placing it in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

2nd Step 

Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl using a mixing spoon or whisk. And in a separate and large mixing bowl, whip the butter that has been softened with the granulated sugar until the mixture is frothy and light. In this phase, you may choose to make use of an electric mixer.

3rd Step 

After creaming the butter and sugar together, add the eggs one at a time, mixing the mixture well after each addition. Stir in the essence of vanilla bean.

6th Step
