TEXAS ROADHOUSE STEAK SEASONING - A MOUTHWATERING RECIPE

HOW TO MAKE TEXAS ROADHOUSE STEAK SEASONING - A MOUTHWATERING RECIPE

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

2 Tbsp.Of kosher salt.

2 Tbsp.Of paprika.

2 Tbsp.Of garlic powder.

1 Tbsp.Of black pepper.

1 Tbsp.Of onion powder.

1 Tbsp.Of chili powder.

1 Tbsp.Of dried oregano.

1 Tbsp.Of dried thyme.

1 Tbsp.Of brown sugar.

1 Tsp.Of cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat).

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine the spices:

In a medium-sized bowl, add the kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, chili powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper (if desired).
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring that the spices are evenly distributed.

2. Store the seasoning:

Transfer the Texas Roadhouse Steak Seasoning to an airtight container or a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Store the seasoning in a cool, dry place until ready to use. It can be stored for several months.

3. Prepare your steak:

Before grilling or cooking your steak, generously season both sides with the Texas Roadhouse Steak Seasoning.
Gently pat the seasoning onto the steak, ensuring an even coating.

4. Cook the steak:

You can grill the steak over high heat, pan-sear it, or cook it according to your preferred method.
Cook the steak to your desired doneness, whether it's rare, medium-rare, medium, or well-done. The seasoning will enhance the flavors at any level of doneness.

5. Rest and serve:

Once the steak is cooked to your liking, remove it from the heat source and let it rest for a few minutes.
This resting period allows the juices to redistribute within the steak, resulting in a tender and juicy final product.
Slice the steak against the grain, and serve it with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad.

ENJOY IT!!!
