PEANUT BUTTER NO-BAKE COOKIES

HOW TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER NO-BAKE COOKIES

These no-bake cookies, which are loaded with peanut butter that has a salty-sweet flavor profile and oats that have a chewy texture, are the ideal snack to have on hand when you need something sweet but don't want to bother turning on the oven. Do you see why we are so enamored with these no-bake treats? They are thick, rich, and fudgy.

It's impossible to make a mistake while using peanut butter, right? In this specific case, though, you are in fact able to. While making these cookies, you absolutely have to use peanut butter that has been prepared so that it is smooth. It is possible for natural peanut butter, the kind that separates in the jar, to have an uneven texture. The absence of homogenization in natural peanut butter may severely throw off the texture of the cookie, making it difficult to get the cookies to be set properly.

THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

1 Cup.Of granulated sugar.

3/4 Cup.Of packed brown sugar.

1/2 Cup.Of softened butter; you need to cut it into cubes.

1/2 Cup.Of milk.

1 Cup.Of smooth peanut butter.

2 small spoons.Of pure vanilla extract.

1/2 small spoon.Of kosher salt.
